HAFAD is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating stronger, more compassionate communities where every person is treated with dignity and respect. Our mission is to fight discrimination, combat hunger, support individuals and families experiencing homelessness, empower women and children, and bring people from all backgrounds together through service, education, and collaboration.
We believe that lasting change begins when communities unite to meet the needs of their most vulnerable members. Through food assistance, outreach programs, advocacy, educational initiatives, and community partnerships, we work to remove barriers, provide hope, and create opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.
Our commitment is rooted in the values of compassion, equity, inclusion, and integrity. We strive to foster understanding across cultures, promote equal opportunities, and build environments where everyone feels valued and supported.
Together with our volunteers, donors, partners, and community members, we are building a future where no one goes hungry, no one is left without support, and every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, safety, and hope.
Together, we can make a lasting difference—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
